Hypermobility is a precursor and risk factor in the development of low back pain. Research continues to suggest this. This hypermobility lumbar model has been carefully crafted to include a thinner annulus fibrosus to allow translation and dynamic bulging to occur with greater ease when compared to our other LxH models. New features include a reflective three dimensional nucleus pulposus to allow clear visualization of the nuclear migration under load. Further features include interposed intradiscal annular disc herniation with simulated granulation tissue. Model includes a hyperelastic ligamentum flavum. Same Ligamentum flavum from our Lumbar Epidural Training Model. Small variations may exits between these handcrafted models.
